We offer both! Pickup is free and delivery is priced on you order and will be coordinated with you.

We deliver to specific areas of the low country in South Carolina. We deliver to the Pawley's Island and Georgetown area with planned catering orders for the Myrtle Beach and Charleston areas. With large planned orders for events and planned functions we will coordinate with you the day and time. All orders must be made 3 days in advance. A delivery fee will be assesed based on the size of the order and distance for delivery.

Orders made from outside these areas will be cancelled.

Based on the size of your order, we will reach out and coordinate your delivery or pickup. We deliver orders via delivery on the day requested. We do not ship at this time as your package will not stay new and we don't want a freshly baked product sitting in a box getting messy. Our preference is to bake it fresh and deliver it to you as quickly as possible.

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Venmo, Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept cash and verified checks up front on larger orders for events.

Should you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email our customer service team catering@kristisbakery.com. Please note cancellations must be made 7 days prior and modifications can only be made 3 days prior. Within those time frames, we cannot cancel or modify your order. We understand plans change and are willing to accommodate changes to your order. However please note as changes require administration, there is a $10 admin fee for changes and/or cancellations. Within 3 days of collection, we are not able to accommodate changes to your order.

If you’re having a wedding or require catering for an event, we’d love to be a part of your special day. Please email catering@kristisbakery.com at least 14 days prior to your desired pick up date. Our catering team will be in contact with you to determine the date you’d like the order delivered, quantities required and your desired items and flavors. All special orders are best made directly through email or our phone number 843-872-7065.

We do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. We will do our best to get back to you within 24 hours. 

At Kristi's Bakery, we will do our best to follow customer provided recommendations and directions to the best of their ability. However, we reserve the right to creative license and to create a product that we are proud of as it leaves the bakery. Each of our custom orders are handmade, meaning no two items will ever be exactly the same. We will however do our very best to follow your specifications. Please note, these are handmade products made to order and slight variations will always occur.

At Kristi's Bakery, we use the finest ordered ingredients and try to make our items as gluten-free and healthy as possible. We will do our best to accomodate customer allergies and foods not able to be eaten. Some of our items contain nuts as shown in the description of the item.
